It’s hard to come into a new town and know where you want to buy. Mike initially showed us a wide variety of properties so he could get an idea of the type of place we liked. He then explained the pros and cons of each neighborhood we found interesting and how they would appeal to a retired couple who want to be close, but not too close, to the grandchild and like to walk the dog. I feel he tailored the search especially to our needs. Buying a house can be stressful and Mike’s calm demeanor helped ease our stress.
